Dear Parent/Carer,
We have been working really hard behind the scenes to develop how we are rewarding and recognising the positive attitude of our pupils. I am happy to announce that our Class Chart Reward Shop is being launched this week. There will be a variety of items that the pupils can purchase with their positive points. The reward item order can be made at home via the pupil account on Class Charts and then pupils pick up the reward/purchase from the pastoral office every Tuesday at break time.
Prizes range from low costing items like stationary, to mid price edible treats, puzzles, ‘skip the lunch queue pass’, tennis balls, footballs, to higher costing treats like Lego sets. The prizes currently stocked are based on pupil, staff and parental feedback. We have tried to ensure a range in point price to ensure all pupils have the opportunity to spend or save their positive points. The prize selection will be tweaked and improved upon throughout the year depending on demand, feedback and affordability.
This information has been shared with the pupils during form time today. We ask that you also remind the pupils of this tonight so they do not miss their chance to make a purchase.
Pupils can only make purchases through class charts app. If they have any issues logging on then they must see their form teacher.
We hope that the pupils enjoy the Reward Shop and feel the recognition that they deserve for a positive first half term.
